Questions at the workbench
Installation questions, answered plainly.
Who are these courses for?
They are designed for homeowners, renters with permission to work on their appliance, and practical learners who want a structured overview before deciding whether to hire a professional.
Do I need prior plumbing experience?
No. Foundation lessons explain terminology and preparation first. They do not replace local codes, manufacturer instructions, or qualified trade advice.
Will the course tell me how to install every model?
No course can cover every model. We teach transferable checks and repeatedly direct learners to the documentation supplied with their specific appliance.
What should I do if a connection is damaged?
Stop the work, isolate the relevant supply if it can be done safely, and contact a qualified professional or the appliance manufacturer. Do not force a fitting.
Can I study on a phone?
Yes. Lessons are written in short sections with readable checklists and responsive layouts for phones, tablets, and desktop screens.
How do I save a course for later?
Use Save to Fallows on a catalog card. Saved course IDs remain in your browser’s local storage and appear on the Fallows page.
Can I add several courses to a cart?
Yes. Add courses from the catalog, then adjust quantities or remove items on the Cart page before using the checkout confirmation.
Is checkout connected to a payment provider?
No. This demonstration site stores a local cart and shows a confirmation modal. It does not collect payment or promise enrollment until a real service is connected.
